Year 2's workshop was about castles. The children explored medieval castles through 2D and 3D shape. They used bamboo sticks to design and build large scale castles. They then used Hapa Zome techniques to create symmetrical flags. The children then created crowns using natural materials. A wonderful afternoon learning more about castles and deepening our knowledge.
