Good Shepherd Thanksgiving Service

On Wednesday morning, pupils from Y5 and Y6 accompanied Mrs Knox, Mrs Twomey and Mrs Woodcock in a mini-pilgrimage to St Marie's Cathedral for the annual Good Shepherd Thanksgiving Service to support Caritas.

The theme this year was Pilgrimage and St Mary's School, High Green lead us all in a beautiful, reflective liturgy. Each school from across the Hallam Diocese were invited to bring a large footprint to represent their school and present their cheque to Bishop Ralph to support the work of Caritas. St Marie's donated £150. Many thanks for your online contributions and for the money you have sent to school to support Toastie Tuesday over the last two weeks.

A big thank you to the Y5 and Y6 pupils who attended from St Marie's and represented our school so well.
