This week Y1 made their own Rosary Decade. First we thread 10 beads on to the pipe cleaner. Then we had to make a circle. We twisted the pipe cleaner so that the circle was secure. At the end we had to cut off part of the pipe cleaner and we used this part to make the cross at the bottom of our Rosary Beads. This week we have used our Rosary beads as part of our prayers by saying a decade of the Rosary. We have been learning to say the 'Our Father', 'Hail Mary' and 'Glory Be' prayers during the month of October.
